The frequency of inspections depends on the respective quality characteristic and the requirements of our customers. Inspections are carried out:

• at the start of production (initial release),
• at defined intervals during ongoing production,
• during product or format changes,
• and as part of the final inspection by quality assurance.

The inspection results are documented and evaluated to ensure consistently high product quality and process reliability.

The traceability of our products is guaranteed in both directions. From the raw material used to the finished paper sack, all relevant production and material data can be traced. Likewise, tracing from the delivered product back to the raw materials used is possible at any time.

Through the unique identification of materials, production orders, and finished sacks, we create maximum transparency along the entire manufacturing process. This enables fast and reliable analysis when needed, as well as high process and product safety for our customers.

The recording of raw materials and materials is carried out scanner-supported directly in our inventory management system. This ensures that material movements are documented in real time and error-free assignment to the respective production orders is guaranteed.

All quality-relevant inspections and their results are documented in our QA system. Electronic recording ensures structured, traceable, and always accessible documentation of the inspections carried out.

All work instructions, procedural instructions, and quality-relevant documents are managed in an audit-proof manner within our document control system. Through regulated approval and change processes, it is ensured at all times that only current and approved documents are used in the production process.
