Flexographic printing with up to 8 colours

We print using the flexographic process with up to eight colours. This keeps logos, warning notices, as well as batch and mandatory information clearly legible – even with abrasion and moisture.

We support you with the print files

No print-ready files? We create flexo-ready print files for you and advise on implementation and technical options. If desired, we coordinate directly with your marketing department or agency so that data exchange runs smoothly. We are also happy to provide layout templates that allow you to position the artwork in exact register.

From file to approval

Before printing, you will receive a PDF for review and approval. If you need a colour-accurate reference, an A3 GMG proof is also possible – this involves additional costs.

Your print files – how to supply them correctly

  • Preferred format: Adobe Illustrator CC or a high-resolution, vector-based PDF with embedded or vectorised fonts.
  • Vector data can be scaled without loss and optimised for flexographic printing – which is why it is the first choice.
  • Please supply pixel data and photos (TIFF, JPEG, EPS, PSD) at 300 dpi at 100% of the reproduction size, and ideally provide them as separate files.
