A practical example

A customer switched to a new bagging system for cross-bottom sacks. Until commissioning, the sacks were filled manually. Together, we developed sample sacks to determine the optimal sack construction and conducted filling trials that secured filling weight and product protection. After successful validation in practical testing, we created the print data according to the customer’s specifications, sent a release PDF, and produced the printed sacks after approval. The process concluded with the punctual delivery of the finished sacks.
